During your healing session, I generally tend to use a mixture of healing modalities and various methods that I have learnt and gathered over the years. Because you are unique, no two treatments will be the same.
We will usually start by having a chat about what you feel your issues are, what you would like to work on, and briefly explore your past history.

How does it work?
Theta healing allows me to access the natural Theta brain wave state. From this place, we are able to make a connection to what is going on in your subconscious mind and identify where the negative beliefs, feelings or patterns are coming from and install positive enhancing beliefs in their place.
It is a straight forward and instant process and the good thing is that you don’t have to re-live anything unpleasant, uncomfortable or traumatic – simply just identify it. Often the reason for these patterns can be locked away beyond our awareness, perhaps coming from our ancestors, early childhood or our cultural group.
Any issues, whether physical, emotional, psychological or spiritual can be brought to a session with you always receiving what you need to improve your well-being for your highest and greatest good.
